Automatic discharge ice storage
As ice stored in the conventional Rake-type ice storage facility is raked from the top of the pile,the ice at the bottom of the pile tends to freeze together, becoming very hard and difficult to remove.
Tracked conveyor unit is a new product desighed to resolve this problem,The entire floor of the storage facility is in the form of a tracked conveyor which moves the stored ice to the front, where it is passes through the crusher and is then discharged via the screw conveyor at the bottom outlet, As this design results in all of the stored ice being discharged,the problem of formation of lumps of ice is eliminated.
In contrast to the intermittent discharge of ice characteristic of the conventional design of icemaker, the iceman AD system allows continuous discharge,Use in combination with automatic weighing equipment provides for a system for accurate weighing and discharge of ice.
