Truck Crane
Self-made special truck crane chassis, powerful and environmental engine with output 266 kW/2200 rpm and torque 1460N. m/1400 rpm, greatly improve overall travel performance.
Excellent performance. The product fills the gap of 40t class truck crane in the domestic market. The lifting and traveling performance is in the lead of domestic similar products and also in the world advanced level. Larger outrigger span, good operation stability and 360 ° full swing, 2-section lattice jib with 3 kinds of offset angle and single top increase crane operation application.
Same type of main and auxiliary winch use drum built-in planetary gear reducer, hoisting speed can be regulated in proportion by variable displacement motor to realize various speeds such as low speed for heavy duty and high speed for light duty to increase working efficiency.
Swing system with free sliding function uses planetary gear reducer and constant closed brake, and drive spur gear type slewing ring by motor. Swing system is fitted with a buffer valve to realize free sliding and fine motion control.
Five-section ovoid telescopic boom, two-section side-mounted jib, single cylinder front supported for elevating, fully hydraulic control and double ‘H’-shaped outriggers.
Well-equipped safety protection device such as automatic load moment limiter, overload and over-winding cutout device increase the safety for crane operation.
Adoption of hydraulic pilot control technology, two joystick handles realize all control movements on crane superstructure and improve crane fine motion control and operating comfortableness. Control components are integrated modular designed for little energy loss and high efficiency. High accurate hard pipe and ferrule-type compression joint improve the cleaning in hydraulic system and avoid leakage so as to ensure high reliability for hydraulic system.
Advanced and reliable manufacture technology of NC laser and plasma cutting, NC machining center and first class general assembly line guarantee the overall machine conformability and reliability.
Ergonomically designed two cabs are accord with ISO standard, and air-conditioner in crane superstructure and carrier. The driver’s cab is luxury full-width cab, spacious and comfortable, equipped with shock- absorption adjustable seat for reducing harmful shake and easing driver’s tiredness. The operator’s cab is mounted at right side, all-round streamlined shape, and equipped with LC display monitor for a clear glance of all operation.
QY40K plateau type is available for selection of customers in plateau area, is suitable for operation in high altitude land with special working environment of heavy wind and sand, lower temperature, rare air and strong ultra-violet.

Notes on the Table 3, Table 4 and Table 5:
(1). The total rated load in the tables is the max. Lifting capacity for the crane set up on firm and level ground,which do not exceed 75% of tipping load.
(2). Each total rated load includes the weight of hook block and slings.
(3). The working radii in the tables include the actual value of boom deflection under load, and the lifting height is for reference.
(4) 75% of tipping load takes into account wind force 7, i.e. lifting operation is still permissible under the condition of wind pressure 125 N/m2.
(5). The total rated load in Table 3 is the max. Lifting capacity for the boom without jib, when jib is attached on boom head, 1200 kg should be reduced from the total rated load for boom.
(6). Except for lifting with base boom on full-extended outrigger, the boom angle should not be beyond the data in the above tables even with no load.
