Quadruple gear pump flanged by transmission and PTO to the engine to control outrigger and supply hydraulic power for crane operation.
1.9 Hydraulic outrigger
4-point support, horizontal and vertical fully hydraulic extension, electric control cabinets on either side of the carrier. The control cabinets comprise level gauge for leveling the crane. The outrigger floats remain stored to the jacks with sliding mechanism. The outriggers are designed to raise the complete crane vehicle allowing for the best crane operational conditions.

2. Crane Superstructure
External engaged roller-bearing slewing ring connecting superstructure to carrier, 360°continuous full swing, slewing ring roller tracks sealed against water and dust.
2.1 Turntable
XCMG designed and manufactured, equivalent stress and various cross-section box type structure, optimized design and welded of high-strength structural steel.
2.2 Hydraulic System
One quadruple fixed displacement valve and pilot controlled open oil circuit are used to control crane operational movements, i.e. hoisting/lowering, swing, elevating and telescoping. The pump is flanged via gearbox and PTO to the carrier engine. Oil filters are fitted in the hydraulic system. The hydraulic drive is in advanced design, reliable and good fine motion control.
Hydraulic tank capacity: approx. 450L.
2.2.1 Oil cooler
Oil cooler is in series with the hydraulic system, thus increase the service-life of the hydraulic oil and the working life of the hydraulic components.
2.3 Control
Conventional control by means of 2 self-centering 4-way joysticks incorporated in the horizontally and vertically adjustable armrests consoles. Hydraulic pilot control of all crane movements by hydraulic pump and proportional valve, easy and comfortable, good fine motion control, and infinitely variable speed possible.
2.4 Main Winch

2.8 Telescopic Boom
The telescopic boom is torsion resistant design and made of high-strength steel, consists of 1 base boom and 3 telescopic sections with all-round octagonal boom profile for maximum stability, sliding pads of the telescoped are adjustable, all telescopes are extended/retracted by means of a double-acting hydraulic cylinder plus wire ropes for desired boom length, the standard equipment comprises 5 rope sheaves for a max. lifting capacity of 25t.

2.9 Superstructure Cabin
All-round cabin made of new type compound material, galvanized and corrosion-resistant, comfortably equipped, fully enclosed with safety glass, full vision all-round front window with sun shield, exterior open type door, operator’s seat suspended with multiple positioning and pneumatic lumbar support with joystick controls mounted in armrests hinged at seat back rest, large wiper at front window and roof window, standardized controls and indicators ergonomically arranged.
2.10 Safety Devices
Hydraulic system: counterbalance valve, overflow valve, two-way hydraulic lock, stable and reliable. PAT load moment limiter offers all the advantages of the microprocessor technique in combination with the features and benefits of all PAT operational systems. Display and Operating Console: analog instrument for percentage load moment; digital LCD display for permitted and actual load with switch-able tare facility; digital LCD display with selector switch for boom length, angle, radius, boom head height, operating mode, error code, system test. Central Unit: microprocessor technique; basic design for any type of crane; standard capacity 70 load curves/optionally extendable; sheet metal housing, protection class IP 65.
